Your enquiry

We collect the land’s location and type, your name, email address, optional phone number, connection to the land, selling timescale and acknowledgement of this notice. You can optionally tell us the size, planning position, access, price expectations and other brief details.

Your enquiry is sent to Rivermark only when you press Send enquiry. Unfinished form answers are not saved in cookies or local storage. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or confidential transaction documents.

Postcode suggestions

As you type a postcode for England, Scotland or Wales, the postcode characters are sent to Postcodes.io to return matching suggestions. The provider also receives normal connection information such as your IP address. We do not include your name, contact details, town or road descriptions, or other form answers in these requests. Requests do not include cookies or a page referrer. You can enter any location manually without selecting a suggestion; Northern Ireland postcodes use manual entry.

Recent lookup results are held only in the open tab to avoid repeated requests. They are cleared when the page is closed.

How we use your information

We use it to respond, understand the property and your plans, consider whether we can help, arrange a conversation, prevent abuse and keep necessary business records. We normally rely on legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps you request before entering a contract.

An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise us to circulate your property to prospective buyers. Any work or introductions are agreed separately.

Hosting and delivery

Land Offers is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are submitted to Rivermark’s existing HTTPS website service, which uses Vercel, Resend and Upstash for hosting, email delivery and abuse prevention. Your enquiry is delivered to enquiries@rivermarkproperty.com and the receiving service sends an acknowledgement to the email address you provide.

Hosting and security systems also process connection information needed to deliver and protect the service. The enquiry service uses short-lived keyed hashes to limit repeated or abusive submissions. Providers may process information outside the UK; restricted transfers require an applicable adequacy route or appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and statistics

Land Offers does not add analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or browser storage. Fonts and photographs are served with the site. The hosting provider’s access and security systems operate separately.

Keeping information

An enquiry that does not become client work is normally kept for 24 months after the last meaningful contact, following Rivermark’s existing enquiry policy. Abuse-control hashes expire after 10 or 15 minutes. Records may be kept longer where needed for an agreed client relationship, legal duty, complaint, dispute or fraud prevention.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact Rivermark using the details above to discuss your information.
